The rates would be an inclusive rate meaning pool heat would be included in the rate quoted. The tax is the only thing needed to be added to any quote on our personal Villas. If so desired spa heat is available on our homes that offer spas in addition to the pools.
We will honor any rates quoted once a reservation deposit has been received. Reservation deposits received will be confirmed and will not be subject to any future rate increases.
If you are interested in moving forward with your reservation we can work you up an invoice for you to view; which will provide you with a more accurate account of your expenses.
Our invoices will provide rates for our Villas that are fully inclusive of all charges so there are no hidden charges.
State and County tourist tax is added to your total as a separate line item so there is no confusion.
A $250.00 reservation deposit is required to reserve your dates.
A $250.00 Refundable Security Deposit is Required on our town homes or condos.
A $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit is Required on all our single homes.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If at the time you finalize your plans and our personal Villas are booked please keep in mind we have a network of several referrals; people who own Villas that may accommodate your stay. You will be provided with full details and amenities of each individual home. They are all individually owned and managed and with that each owner sets their own rate and provides their own accessories.
