Our town home can sleep up to 10 people, 8 people will have beds and the sofa-bed will be needed for the additional 2 people.  It is in the Emerald Island Resort which is 3 miles to Disney.  There is a community heated pool and spa available to our guests.   This home has received a facelift and has been completely repainted with carpets professionally cleaned.  A new leather sectional has been added with several other new pieces of furniture.  All new bedding providing 2 King size Master-Suites.  When completed this town home will be like no other.

Low Season - Jan - Dec, $125/nt-$850/wk

High Season - June, July, & August, $135/nt-$900/wk

Holiday Season - Easter, Thanksgiving, Xmas, & New Years, $150/nt-$1000wk
