Low Season 2006 - Jan - Dec, $175/nt-$1200/wk

High Season 2006 - June, July, & August, $200/nt-$1400/wk

Holiday Season 2006 - Easter, Thanksgiving, Xmas, & New Years, $225/nt-$1500wk

Rates for our Villas are fully inclusive of all charges except tax.
State and County tourist tax is added to you total

Refundable security deposit $500.00
