Our rates for the 2008 calendar year will remain the same as 2007.

Low Season - Jan - Dec, $150/nt-$1000/wk

High Season - June, July, & August, $175/nt-$1200/wk

Holiday Season - Easter, Thanksgiving, Xmas, & New Years, $200/nt-$1400wk

Rates for our Villas are fully inclusive of all charges except tax.
State and County tourist tax is added to you total

Refundable security deposit $500.00
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
