There are 3 adult bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each.  The master bedroom and another adult bedroom are located on the first floor and another adult bedroom along with 2 twin bedrooms are located on the second floor.  This home offers a private pool as well as a private spa  for your use.  After long days at the parks it is quite refreshing to relax and massage your aching muscles in the spa. 

Rates for our 5 bedroom 3 bath Private Pool & Spa Home are as follows:

Low Season - Jan - Dec, $175/nt-$1200/wk

High Season - June, July, & August, $200/nt-$1400/wk

Holiday Season - Easter, Thanksgiving, Xmas, & New Years, $225/nt-$1500wk

Rates for our Villas are fully inclusive of all charges except tax. (spa heat charged separately)
