Rates for our 4 bedroom 3 bath Private Pool & Spa Home are as follows:

Low Season - Jan - Dec, $150/nt-$1000/wk

High Season - June, July, & August, $160/nt-$1100/wk

Holiday Season - Easter, Thanksgiving, Xmas, & New Years, $175/nt-$1200wk

Rates for our Villas are fully inclusive of pool heat charges (spa heat charged separately)
State and County tourist tax is added to you total
Deposit to hold reservation $250.00
Refundable security deposit $500.00
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
